There seems to be a lot of questions surrounding the source of funds for the mosque proposed at Ground Zero. I don’t have the answers to those questions, but I have an educated guess; We the People are paying for that mosque every time we fill up our cars.
The money for the mosque will come directly or indirectly from oil producing Muslim nations. Somehow. No matter the rules and no matter the statements made otherwise.
Folks, Drill Here Drill Now will not do much to reduce the threats from Islamic terror and warfare, which is the issue at the heart of the Ground Zero mosque debate. Yes, drill here drill now will reduce our dependence on Middle Eastern oil and will drop our cost for oil, but that is all. We don’t buy enough oil from the Middle East to end their ability to support terrorists even if we stop importing oil from any nation beyond North America. Other industrialized nations buy too much oil and the oil market is all one giant market. As long as petroleum is the best energy source for transportation and electric generation the terrorist supporting nations of the Middle East will continue to sell their oil around the world.
We need to break the grip the oil rich nations have on the world by developing viable alternatives. Now.
We need alternative energy. We need alternatives that result from the actions of free markets and that means that We the People need to drive alternative energy production with our dollars.
Alternative energy is a national security issue. Protest the Ground Zero mosque with alternative energy.

For all the Kool-Aid drinkers that think putting a mosque near the site of 911 is not symbolic for the Islamic terrorists around the globe (and for the silent Muslim population that does not denounce them):
The Saudi Arabian city of Mecca is building the biggest clock in the world — a massive 1,983-foot tower sporting four timekeeping faces each 151 feet in diameter — with the goal of displacing Greenwich Mean Time as the world’s central time zone.
The clock will don text reading “in the Name of Allah.” Islamic scholars argue the clock ought to replace Greenwich Mean Time as the world standard, making Mecca “the true center of the earth.”
So….is Obama just another Kool-Aid drinker or ?????
Mosque issue is tough one. I personally think people have the right to build anything they want in this country. However, this doesn’t sit with me. The imam has many radical ties. And there does seem to be a pattern of building Mosque to celebrate terrorist victories. I doubt the proposed mosque is going to be used as a community center.
