Because if there's one thing the American public can do, it's weed out the hypocrites. Vote her out on values, sure, but values can be demagogued just like everything else, it's probably the easiest. By all means vote for the religious right if you agree with their priorities. I do not on either a religious or political level. I have a hard time believing that Jesus is more worried about gay marriage than stewardship of the earth or helping the poor, but that's just me. Kumbaya and Halleluyah! I thank God every day this administrations's policies are being soundly rejected by the American people. ( HealthCare, Cap/Trade, Closing GitMo, Civilian trials for Terrorists all seem to have gone by the wayside). Corruption is the issue here. It can be put in check by electing the most honest, values based candidates we can find. That is men and women who live by the 10 Commandments, the Golden Rule, and follow the US Constitution...People who do that will have no problem doing whats right for US. People were expecting their lives to improve with Obama and the Democrats. But instead their lives continue to descend further and further into hell. And had the Republicans been called out on their outrageous actions, perhaps we wouldn't be in our current predicament. There is no more pressing issue than corrupt government officials be they Democrat OR Republican as this is the root cause of our demise. Personally, I think they should look at it, because she has failed as a leader. She will probably fail to produce healthcare reform, not because she doesn't want it, or the American people don't, but because she can't marshall the votes to pass the Senate bill in the House, and because she's probably going to let corporate interests run all over the consumers after being bailed out by the taxpayers.
