I'm reminded of a Swayze line from Roadhouse (yeah, I admit I watched it and LIKED it)... he's teaching a bunch of beefhead bar bouncers how to "be nice" to troublemakers when one guy asks, "What if someone calls my momma a whore?" Swayze replies coolly, "Is she?" Such questions seem entirely appropriate in this case.
