The news about Netanyahu’s speech the UN seems to be mostly about his calling on the United Nations to stand up to Iran. He issued that challenge brilliantly – interesting the time and the Iranian admission of a secret nuclear facility. But he delivered more in this speech than attempt to wake up the world to Iran’s role in international terrorism. He challenged the UN to stand up to terror.
Netanyahu made a clear commitment to a Palestinian state, if that state chooses to be peaceful: “As deeply connected as we are to this land, we recognize that the Palestinians also live there and want a home of their own. We want to live side by side with them, two free peoples living in peace, prosperity and dignity.”
He stated again that Israel can not risk a having Palestinian state lobbing rockets at Israel’s population centers, but this was exactly the outcome of the Israeli pullout from Gaza in 2005 – thousands of rockets launched at Israeli towns. “But we must have security. The Palestinians should have all the powers to govern themselves except those handful of powers that could endanger Israel.”
This peace should be based on mutual recognition: “Just as we are asked to recognize a nation-state for the Palestinian people, the Palestinians must be asked to recognize the nation state of the Jewish people.”
Netanyahu’s plan sounds simple. Palestinians, declare peace once and for all, unequivocally, with no small print. The UN could help bring about that peace. Netanyahu challenged the UN to help bring about peace, “Will you stand with Israel or will you stand with the terrorists?”
Unfortunately, the UN has clearly stood on the side of terror. I have yet to hear a speech indicating any Change to that stance.

I might believe this person if I didn’t know all the massacres the “jew state” did.
Islam–the religion of peace will kill you if you leave the religion of peace.
period.
Islam will never leave Israel in peace. That is not their intention and never was. period
open the koran and see if I lie or better yet go to these sites and see what Islam has stored for us and our children.

Islam is not a religion, it has nothing to do with spiritually, instead it is a political movement hell bent on taking over nations and subjucating people by all means neccessary.
If Netanyahu truly believes “the Jewish people are not foreign conquerors in the Land of Israel. This is the land of our forefathers…We are not strangers to this land. It is our homeland,” then why hatefully speak of dividing the land? Why be double-minded and despise Israel’s God-given inheritance and dishonor Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? Why does Judaism’s holiest site – the Temple Mount – remain Judenrein for the most part? Is Israel so weak it needs the affirmation or approval of the world to love and defend its people and land? Israel needs to break free from such a ghetto-mentality!
The hypocrisy of Benjamin Netanyahu’s UN speech

It is not a religious war!! “Israel” occupies Palestine >> Palestinians have the right to deffend their land. PERIOD
Syriana, agreed.
I unfortunately grew up with the mentality that it was the Jews land. I am neither Jewish or Palestinian….I am American. I live in a country that supports the nation of Israel due to the heavy monies contributed by Jewish people and organizations. In turn, we justify the existence of Israel by providing false ideas about the country and it’s belief system.
I know that the holocaust happened and it was tragic. It is also tragic that the holocaust part II is playing out before our eyes against the Palestinians but it is somehow justified now?
If I were Palestinian, I would fight to the death for my land and freedom. Israel not only has no right to the land, but they are should be labeled the Neo-Nazis for their crimes.
How in the world the Balfour Declaration came into play is amazing. It all lies in the money which is tied to families like the Rothschilds who coincidentally were addressed (Lionel Rothschild) in it after being promised Palestine for bringing the U.S, into the war as an ally in WWI.
We tend to forget history, even when we tell ourselves to learn it and not repeat it. Too bad that this is a saying and not reality. It disgusts me that Israel makes the claims it does with its atrocities commited against the Palestinian people.
It is easy to call people terrorists when you have been lied to your entire life. It is also easy to become a terrorist when your homeland is taken over and your families are beaten, tortured, murdered and displace. America needs to begin to rationalize all of this and think about how they would react if this were done to us.
Ireland,
To read you is to understand why the Jewish people must defend Israel, and must continue to the fight for the truth on Israeli history. Nonsense like yours enables the Arab nations and Iran around Israel to keep the Israelis under constant threat of war and terrorism, and helps those Arabs and Iran keep the Palestinians enslaved as pawns to their totalitarian goals.
Specialists state that home loans help a lot of people to live their own way, because they are able to feel free to buy needed goods. Moreover, banks present college loan for different classes of people.
