I want to give a special call out to the folks at WSB Radio here in Atlanta.
The ninth annual News/Talk 750 WSB Care-a-Thon benefiting the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta begins this morning Thursday and continues through Friday, August 27th and 28th! This 37-hour marathon broadcast features stories of hope and inspiration from Aflac Cancer Center patients, families and staff.
I have donated to this cause and listened to the broadcast every year so I can tell you that this is not some radio station promo. These folks at WSB put a lot of heart into helping the Cancer Kids and their listeners give them a lot of support in return.
