This morning I want to give a special thanks to all those funny people still dedicated to proving that President Obama is not really a U.S. citizen. According to WSB-Radio’s Washington correspondent Jaime Dupree, their efforts are still going strong. Dupree reports in his blog that this group now thinks it has “indicted” the President.
For those of you that are not aware of these efforts, the Supreme Court refused to hear the argument on the President’s citizenship months ago. The Court found no justification for hearing the case. That means it’s over.
For news junkies like me, however, these folks continue to be a source of cheap entertainment. As long as they don’t take any real attention away from people with serious concerns about this President’s policies and actions everything will continue to be just great.
So keep at it folks. Break a leg!

Oh yes! And he’s rounding up the kids and putting them in camps, and he’s Hitler and Stalin all rolled into one! All a hoot!
But do you really think it won’t detract from real concerns?
I think that Obama supporters could lump the Obama’s an alien crowd in with other Obama detractors to try for more of a blanket discredit. To the supporter’s credit I haven’t seen much of this. And to be fair, the conservatives like Taranto of Wall Street Journal Online and Boortz of talk radio have taken these efforts for the silliness they are.
These Obama’s an alien people do give us an opportunity – we can all agree to jointly enjoy the entertaining spectacle. When opposing sides come together for laughter it sets a positive tone for working through difficult problems. So again, I have to thank them for their efforts.
Well…the founding fathers made it clear that a U.S. president needed to be a “natural-born citizen” instead of a “naturalized citizen” for a very good reason. Although the differences are subtle (natural-born meaning that both parents were born in the U.S., and during the colonial period, many were still of English parentage, compared to naturalized, where one or both parents were not born in the U.S.), the foresight that these founders had was to avoid any favoritism to another country due to a president’s parentage.
While it sounds silly to be arguing over this now when there is so much more we are concerned about in our own lives, there was a very well-thought out reason behind it.
And yes, it does detract from the real concerns.
Come on you couch sitters, get your head out of the TV and read. Nobody with half a brain believes the perfect Presidnt baloney being stuffed down our throat by the media. And anyone who reads and does not see the havoc being wreaked on our country by this imposter is either blind or stupid.
Not being a natural born citizen may be one of his lesser crimes. His biggest deficit is his stupidity. His only asset is a wide smile and the ability to parrot the words on a teleprompter. Without Piglosi and her ilk to pull the strings, he’d still be wandering the Chicago streets trying to sign up Mickey Mouse to vote.
However, with all his liabilities, he’s got all you jealousy ridden liberals dancing to his tune. But the tune will change and if you make one misstep you’ll know the true meaning of ‘real concern.’
Liberals are chumps.
Jai,
We appreciate the passion of the response but let’s not stoop to name calling people names. The purpose of this blog is to stimulate thought and debate not to fuel the fires of animosity. Take a look at one of my early posts, We Have To Get Past the Name Calling, and please join us for some dynamic debate as our readership grows!
