Will there be a tax on "time?" Just curious. Does the "time" I spent at the 4/15 tea party, with 20,000 of my new BFFs, count as "quality time" spent with others x 20k?? I would love to know, because I couldn't convince even one of my friends to come with me, even though they all flock to my cocktail parties. I eventually attended the tea party alone, and met countless new friends, who believe in fiscal accountability and personal responsibility. It was the first time that - other than voting - I truly felt that my voice was heard. Freedom of speech is our right, and cannot be taken away. I honored my ancestors, who were colonists and patriots in the first American Revolution. In fact, one was a 16-year old private fighting in that war. So I simply refuse to believe that "time = wealth" is what he, and everyone else who followed, fought for. I always thought the fight was against tyranny and for our personal freedom, and for the right - NOT the guarantee - for success. Silly me: I didn't realize that the Constitution was in the shredder.
