watchOS 3.2.2 - Don't expect more detail from the watch OS 3.2.2 release notes, which offer only the even terser, "This update includes improvements and bug fixes". While it doesn't add any major new functionality, as iOS 10.3 did with its Find My AirPods feature, it does offer a number of critical fixes created to make your iPhone run better. That may not sound super exciting, but hey, it doesn't hurt to get an update that'll make your phone run more smoothly.
Focusing on bug and security fixes, Apple today updated all of its operating systems: macOS 10.12.5, iOS 10.3.2, watchOS 3.2.2, and tvOS 10.2.1.
Here's how you can install iOS 10.3.2 by connecting your Apple device to iTunes or downloading it by going to the Settings app, then go to General, next is Software Update.
Apple Watch users can click on the Watch icon on their iPhones, the scroll down to and tap General, then tap Software Update.
The latter brought a number of new features, including the ability to use voice assistant Siri to communicate with apps installed on the wearable.
Once again, due to the critical nature of some of these vulnerabilities, it is strongly advised that you upgrade any affected Apple devices and operating systems as soon as possible.
The same is mentioned in the official patch notes for the update, while third-party VPN services and SiriKit auto commands have also both been fixed and patched after the release of iOS 10.3.2. The update addresses 37 vulnerabilities, including the two iBook flaws and a Wi-Fi networking hole (CVE-2017-6988) that allows the theft of network credentials.
For macOS 10.12.5, Apple also included several security updates and fixes to several issues for Mac computers.
