While Kim & Kanye want nothing more then to complete the trilogy of Kardashian-West offspring, Kim's medical complications make natural childbirth a risky option. "I want my kids to have siblings and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen".

The reality star underwent surgery to repair her uterus in an effort to fix any issues caused by her past two deliveries, but momager Kris Jenner still questioned her decision.
Unfortunately for Kim Kardashian, though, Kris Jenner's sex tips won't help with her pregnancy after Kim revealed this week that she will most likely not be able to have any more children of her own - therefore, she is looking into surrogacy.
"Once, she asked my assistant to find out when I was ovulating. This surgery is really the one last thing I can try", she said.

Finally, Kim revealed the reality after talking once again with her doctor. As for surrogacy? "I'm definitely leaning more towards I want to try", she added.
